For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for your return. The product must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories in order to satisfy our return policy.

Once you open your package inspect your unit, we test every unit before it leaves our facility, but sometimes units do arrive damaged or defective.
